Regrowing scallions! When you chop scallions, leave an inch or two on the bottom and place it in a jar or small glass with a little water. It will start growing back! After about a week when the roots have lengthened, you can plant them in a windowbox or a soup can filled with dirt, whtever you have! I wonder how many times these will grow back!?
